By accessing or using Sooqee, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must provide accurate registration details and verify your email. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

Sooqee lets you create an online store, add products, share a public link, and receive orders. Available features depend on your plan. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features over time.

Sooqee is offered on a subscription basis. New accounts include a 30-day free trial with no card required. After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan (Standard or Pro), billed monthly in advance through our payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel. Prices may change with prior notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.

All subscription fees are final and non-refundable. Subscriptions are sold as a final sale: we do not provide refunds, credits, or pro-rated returns for any subscription payment — including for partial billing periods, unused time, or after a renewal. The 30-day free trial is provided so you can fully evaluate Sooqee before any payment is taken. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard to stop future renewals. Cancellation stops further charges but does not refund amounts already paid, and you keep access until the end of the current paid period. Where a refund is required by applicable law, those rights are not affected.

You agree not to use Sooqee to sell illegal goods or services, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, send spam, or violate any applicable law. Prohibited products and imagery include — without limitation — adult or 18+ (sexual) content, tobacco, vaping and nicotine products, alcohol where restricted, weapons and ammunition, drugs and controlled substances, counterfeit or intellectual-property-infringing goods, hazardous materials, and anything illegal in the seller's or buyer's jurisdiction. We review stores, products, and images periodically — including through automated and AI systems and human reviewers — and may hide, restrict, or permanently delete any product, image, or store that breaches these terms or that we deem inappropriate, at any time and with or without prior notice.

You own the content you add. You are solely responsible for your store, products, pricing, descriptions, order fulfilment, customer communications, and compliance with consumer, tax, and trade laws. You grant us a license to host and display your content in order to operate the service.

Storefront payments are processed through the payment gateway you connect using your own provider account and credentials. You are responsible for your relationship with that provider, for fulfilling orders, and for any refunds you choose to offer your own customers. Sooqee is not a party to sales between you and your customers and does not handle those funds.

Sooqee and its software, design, and branding are owned by us. These terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy the platform.

You may stop using Sooqee and delete your store at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, or for legal or security reasons. On termination your right to use the service ends; the refund terms above continue to apply.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sooqee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or sales. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Sooqee is a hosting and storefront tool, not the seller, importer, or merchant of record for any item. We do not produce, own, inspect, endorse, or guarantee the products listed on stores, and we are not responsible or liable for store items — including their legality, safety, quality, accuracy, or fulfilment. Each sale is solely a transaction between the seller and their customer.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
